Personal Life Lessons

Just some random thoughts of my own life lessons over the years.

*Grudges suck! Whether holding one or one being held against you; life, love and time are too short and too precious to stay upset and angry all the time. Let it go!

*Words are powerful! The tongue may be the tiniest of muscles, but it has the power to uplift or break down, speak life or destroy. Choose carefully.

*Prayer is the most powerful preventive or defense we have! We may not have the right words all the time, be able to give someone the help they need or even know what is going to happen, but prayer reaches and touches in ways that we, physically, may never be able to. It may be all we have, but it is the most powerful because of who works on their behalf’s. Pray often!

*Time with my children/husband/family/friends is precious! We are not promised tomorrow or even the next moment so the time we do have needs to be cherished. Especially with my husband and children…even when they drive me crazy and I’m driving them all over the place, God is teaching me to be calm in the moment and be thankful for the time. Spend all the time possible!
