Day of Advent 3 & 4

Good morning friends! Praying all is well and your week is going good. Please forgive me for not posting yesterday.  My son was sick, so I stayed home and my internet wasn’t working properly…so today you get two for one.

Day 3 of Advent
Mary's Song

Luke 1:46-55
And Mary said; "My soul glorifies the Lord and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior, for he has been mindful of the humble state of his servant. From now on all generations will call me blessed, for the Mighty One has done great things for me-holy is thy name. His mercy extends to those who fear him, from generation to generation. He has performed mighty deeds with his arm; he has scattered those who are proud in their inmost thoughts. He has brought down rulers from their thrones but has lifted up the humble. He has filled the hungry with good things but has sent the rich away empty. He has helped his servant Israel, remembering to be merciful to Abraham and his descendants forever, even as he said to our fathers."

Day 4 of Advent
Angel

Matthew 1:21
...an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream and said, "Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit."

I also wanted to share with you what my daughter wrote and put in my 25 days of Christmas box, thought you might enjoy it too.

As followers of Christ we are called to obey the Lord. This should be done in six ways

1. Mind-learn about Him and His word.
2. Will-commit yourself completely to Him.
3. Body-use your energy and talents according to His will.
4. Money-remember all material things come from Him.
5. Heart-love Him more than anything else.
6. Future-decide to spend the rest of your life doing things for Him and others.

Have a blessed and wonderful day!!
